3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made online, via phone, or WhatsApp are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after our customer support team contacts you.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Fares shown are indicative and may vary based on distance or route
• Driver bata, tolls, parking & permits are extra unless stated
• Minimum running kilometers apply as per service type

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup & drop details
• Maintain respectful behavior with drivers
• No illegal or hazardous items allowed

7. Vehicle & Driver Policy

All drivers are verified and vehicles are well-maintained. In rare cases, vehicle type may be substituted with an equivalent option.

8. Limitation of Liability

SIVAM One Way Taxi is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, natural calamities, or loss of personal belongings.
