Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SIVAM One Way Taxi, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both customers and service providers.

1. Booking Cancellation

Customers can cancel their taxi booking by contacting our customer support via phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation.

2. Cancellation Charges

• Free Cancellation: If canceled at least 12 hours before pickup time
• Partial Charge: If canceled within 6–12 hours of pickup
• No Refund: If canceled within 6 hours of pickup or after driver dispatch

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unavailable at the pickup location or unreachable at the scheduled time, the booking will be marked as a No-Show and no refund will be applicable.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations
• Refund amount depends on cancellation timing and booking type
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

6. Driver Delay or Service Issues

In case of excessive driver delay or service issues from our side, customers may be eligible for a partial or full refund after verification.

7. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered for emergencies or unavoidable situations at the discretion of SIVAM One Way Taxi management.

8. Changes to Booking

Changes in pickup time, date, or route may attract additional charges and are subject to vehicle availability.

9. Policy Updates

SIVAM One Way Taxi reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting.
